General Payment Policy

We are excited to see you in class. Please be advised of our payment method and refund policy.

  1. All classes must be paid in advance via our paypal account. If paying by computer is challenging please email us at: artloungeon101@gmail.com or call Cindy at 858-442-8666.
  2. A full refund will be made if you submit your cancellation five (5) days prior to the class date. A $10.00 administrative fee will be charged
  3. No refunds will occur if cancellation is not submitted five (5) days prior to the beginning of class.

**Your understanding is appreciated. Respecting the teachers time and preparation is essential!!

Payment Policy for Visiting Instructor Classes/Workshops

  1. No refunds. In respect for the time and effort this instructor has made to travel from out of town no refunds will occur. We appreciate your understanding and support for the teacher.

In the event of teacher illness, lack of student attendance or any unforeseen circumstance which requires cancellation of the class a FULL refund will be made to your account.
